During 2018–2019, the Community Development Foundation (CDF) successfully sustained its activities despite the challenges posed by Pakistan’s often negative portrayal in the media, amplified by high-profile incidents of violence. While political instability remains a reality, it is important to note that daily life continues uninterrupted for the vast majority of the population.
The CDF remains steadfast in providing education and vocational training at the grassroots level. Our programs empower disadvantaged girls, women, and children from diverse faiths and cultures across Pakistan, opening pathways to employment and self-sufficiency. This commitment is further strengthened through human rights training, seminars, and workshops conducted annually in various regions.
Additionally, seven schools have been established in marginalized communities, complementing our skills training and education initiatives. These efforts underline our dedication to empowering individuals and fostering sustainable development in underserved areas.
We remain resilient and unwavering in our vision, working to create opportunities and transform lives through education and empowerment.
Sincerely,
Abdul Hameed Arain
